HP Support Solutions Framework

HP Support Solutions Framework by Hewlett-Packard is a background service and set of components that enable HP’s support tools—such as HP Support Assistant and the HP Customer Support website—to automatically detect your HP PC and deliver device-specific help. It identifies your model and configuration, gathers relevant hardware and OS details, and streamlines access to the correct drivers, BIOS and software updates, diagnostics, and troubleshooting guides.
